Beth is responsible for the direction and maintenance of Avesta’s software products. She consistently solicits feedback and continues to learn from our clients, allowing her to continually shape our software solutions to fit their needs.
Beth is truly a polymath and her experiences from her diverse background come to bear in this role. Her career path has brought her to Avesta after working her way across a variety of fields as a professional symphony musician, high school band director, instrument repair technician, web designer, executive assistant, technical writer and assistive device trainer.
Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in French horn performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music, a Bachelor’s of Science in Music Education from Case Western Reserve University, and a Masters of Music Performance from the University of North Carolina’s School of the Arts. Additionally, she has informally studied computer science, programming, web design, and has become well-versed in HR and project management best practices.
