About Avesta

Dedicated To Developing an Exceptional EMS Workforce

Founded in 2007, Avesta delivers human resources solutions across the entire EMS employee lifecycle. These solutions are backed by behavioral science insight, technology and a thorough understanding of how EMS organizations function, and how industry regulations and challenges affect their every move.

At Avesta, we help each client expand their HR strategy through proven best practices, and we manage this process through our proprietary, and completely customized software applications—CandidateCare and AssociateCare.

Our suite of products and services enable us to support EMS HR teams by streamlining the process of attracting, identifying and building a skilled workforce. Avesta’s mission is to deliver an efficient, reliable process and create accountability through the entire employee lifecycle—from finding the right fit, to ensuring an individual’s growth within your organization.

We strongly believe in forming a process partnership with our clients, serving as a support team for your human resources function. It’s no coincidence that after 10 years in business, we proudly maintain a 99% customer retention rate.

Avesta’s team is not comprised of ordinary people, but individuals committed to personal values that drive them to make a difference for our clients and their employees. We exist to help you achieve more.
